Price and Payment: The prices displayed on our website are exclusive of postage and packing charges, which will be calculated and added during the checkout process. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of product prices, occasional errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and inform you accordingly. Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING & DELIVERIES After placing an order it will be processed within 1 up to 2 business days. Once your order is checked, packed and wrapped, you will receive a track and trace code in your email. Via this track and trace you can follow your purchase online. Please note that your tracking number may also be in your junk and spam folders, so please ensure you also check there.

Shipping outside Europe: 5-10 working days
Be aware that shipping times are always estimates and not included processing your order. Tesoro collezione can not be held responsible for delay during shipping.
Duties, taxes and fees
Tesoro collezione does not cover taxes or duties for national or international shipping. The customer is responsible for any additional fees required upon delivery. More information on duty and tax requirements can be obtained by contacting your local customs office or tax agency.
Please note that delivery of products is dependent on local postal services and may take much longer to reach certain countries. After delivering the order at the post office, Tesoro collezione can not be held responsible for any delay.
We will always dispatch products to you or contact you at the address you provided at the time you placed the order. After processing your order, it is not possible to change address.
Shortages, Damage Claims, and Warranty: Upon receiving your order, it is essential to inspect the products for any damage or discrepancies. If you discover any issues, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so that we can promptly address the matter. We offer a 6-month general warranty covering manufacturing and workmanship faults. If you encounter any issues within this warranty period, we will arrange for repairs or replacements as necessary.
Cancellations and Returns: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products by providing us with clear and unequivocal notice of your intention to cancel. Upon cancellation, you will be entitled to a full refund, excluding any postage and packing charges and duties paid. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or sale/discounted items, are not eligible for refunds.
